Strategy Consultant - Metaverse, Web3 and Digital Communities (m/f/x)
Newkinco is a venture builder/consultancy and lab that helps organizations to understand community-based innovation like web3 and the metaverse. We are experts in exploring new forms of digital equity and tokenizing emerging business models. Our team consists of experts from multiple disciplines, from game designer, software developer to Crypto and Web3 enthusiasts. As a remote-first company, we are looking for freelance collaborators worldwide. We are looking for autonomous, proactive and reliable people to work with a growing remote tech team focused on quality.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ markets, processes and communities
- Research the latest tools, trends and projects in web3 / metaverse
- Plan and moderate workshops with stakeholders and team members
- Develop target group-oriented strategies and concepts that are perfectly tailored to the needs of our clients and their customers
- Derive concrete recommendations for actions, define roadmaps and steer implementation
- Manage remote project teams and drive project to high value results
- Communicate presentations and decision papers
- Support our clients in stakeholder communication and change management
- Create proposals and support our business development activities
Qualifications:
- You have 3+ years of working experience in consulting or/and tech-driven service industries
- You have a degree in business, communication or equivalent
- You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex problems into concrete concepts and solutions
- Project Management Experience and C-Level exposure
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and/or Lean Thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints and broad knowledge of best digital practices
- Active listener and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
