AI Strategy
An AI strategy is only useful if it tells you what to do on Monday. We give leadership teams a grounded read on where AI changes the work, where it does not, and which first moves are worth making, based on what we have built and run ourselves.
What we do
- A map of your processes ranked by where agents and automation pay off first
- An honest view of risks: data, privacy, regulation such as the EU AI Act, and reputation
- Workshops and briefings for leadership, boards and teams
- A first experiment designed to prove or disprove the case within weeks
How we work
01Listen
We talk to the people who do the work, not only to the people who describe it.
02Map
We rank processes by value, risk and how ready the data and tools are.
03Test
We run one small, real experiment so the strategy rests on evidence, not slides.
04Decide
You get a short plan with owners, costs and the next three moves.

Questions
What does an AI strategy engagement deliver?
A ranked map of where AI pays off in your organization, an honest risk view, and one real experiment that tests the most promising case. The output is a short plan with owners and costs, not a long report.
How is this different from a typical strategy consultancy?
We build and run AI systems ourselves, including agents that operate our own back office. Our recommendations come from that hands-on experience, and we can implement what we recommend.
Do you cover regulation such as the EU AI Act?
Yes. We include data protection and AI regulation in the risk view so that the first projects are designed to comply from the start, and we bring in legal specialists where a formal opinion is needed.
