Organization Design
Technology changes faster than organizations do. Adopting AI is as much about roles, rituals and trust as about tools. We design structures that let teams work alongside agents, and that survive contact with reality.
What we do
- Operating models for teams that work alongside AI agents
- Knowledge systems and decision records that outlast any single person
- Community architecture: objectives, rituals and collaboration infrastructure
- Change programs for international and distributed organizations
How we work
01Understand
We study how decisions really get made and where knowledge gets lost.
02Design
Roles, rituals and permissions, including what agents may and may not do.
03Pilot
One team first, with clear signals of success.
04Embed
We hand over the rituals and tools so the change outlives the project.

Questions
Why does AI adoption need organization design?
Because tools alone do not change how people work. Teams need clear roles for people and agents, approval rules, and rituals that build trust in the new way of working. Without that, pilots stall after the demo.
Do you work with distributed or international teams?
Yes. Much of our work has connected people across countries and time zones, from the Goethe-Institut's global network to climate communities at EIT Climate-KIC and distributed product teams.
