The group ran on one overloaded inbox: invoices, contracts, payment runs and investor reporting across several companies and countries. We put agents on all of it. They sort the mail, prepare the reports, draft the paperwork and line up the payments, and a person approves anything that moves money or carries a signature. Set up in weeks, then tuned in production. It runs every day across our own group, which is how we know where it breaks and how to fix it.
