Intelligent Automation
The processes that carry a business are rarely glamorous: reports, reconciliations, research, the weekly summary nobody has time to write. Language models changed what can be automated. We redesign those processes around what machines now do well, and keep people where judgment matters.
What we do
- Market and competitor intelligence that runs day and night
- Company memory systems that turn meetings, chats and tickets into one searchable record
- Automated reporting and daily summaries
- Document processing for invoices, contracts and applications
How we work
01Observe
We follow the process as it really runs, including the workarounds.
02Redesign
We decide what a machine does, what a person checks and what can stop entirely.
03Automate
We build it with logs and evidence attached, so every output can be challenged.
04Redeploy
Good systems travel: we reuse proven components across teams and industries.

Questions
What is the difference between intelligent automation and classic RPA?
Classic robotic process automation follows fixed rules and breaks when inputs change. Intelligent automation uses language models to read unstructured inputs such as emails, reviews and documents, so it can handle work that used to need a person to interpret it.
Can automated outputs be trusted for decisions?
We attach the evidence to every output and log every decision, so a person can check the reasoning. In our market intelligence work, an idea only reaches the board when independent signals agree, with a score the board can challenge.
Which processes are good candidates?
Repetitive, text heavy work with a clear owner: reporting, research, knowledge management, document intake and internal summaries are typical starting points.
